The senior engineer Mr.Li Chun is China domestic vinyl chloride -vinyl acetate Copolymer and vinyl chloride - vinyl acetate - maleic acid copolymer development pioneer,. Through 2 years hard working, the most advanced production process and technology of PVC copolymer was successfully developed in 1999. and in May, 2001, the big industrial production scale commercial plant was built in our company.
Comparing with traditional process, our new process and technology developed by Mr. Li Chun has the advantage of avoiding PVC homopolymer particles forming and low vinyl acetates content polymer particles forming at the initial stage of copolymerization reaction. As a result, it has vinyl acetate content and narrow molecular weight distribution which create better solubility and better transparency. The product has good second processing properties, especially, applied in ink and paint industry. The ink or paint using our products as raw materials has better and stable properties, no gel particles will occur even in the winter time
